What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion for travel or maybe just dreaming about exotic destinations? Ever been a weary traveler yourself that needed a bit of help on a hotel reservation or a rebooking when a flight was canceled?  You'll be the difference between a customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.  We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in the travel field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible. And we trust you already have the necessary ingredient that can't be taught-a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers through some of the more difficult times in their lives. You'll also have a chance to make great new friends and grow your career in a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere.

On a typical day, you'll: 
  • Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by phone and email
  • Answer queries and resolve customer issues about modifications to rooms, rates, and availability
  • Consult with travelers about destinations, accommodations, and transportation
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
  • Supporting your colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others
  • Positively participating in company events, and in weekly team meetings
