As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for pricing and inventory management of assigned hotels that maximizes revenue and drives profit.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
Analyze various reports (Pace, DayStar, Rom Rev, Month End) and communicate findings
Review comp shops and make pricing and restriction recommendations
Prepare for and execute various meetings (Sell Strategy, Group Recap)
We are looking for a self-motivated Revenue Manager with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
Three to six months experience with Revenue Management; One year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hotel software (MARSHA, MarRFP, HPP, CI/TY) knowledge preferred
Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
