Vice President, Consultant Relations - Neuberger Berman Group LLC (FT; NY, NY - Hybrid work sched poss w/in commutable dist from worksite, per co policies.) Conduct internal reporting & mkt analysis to ID indust trends, assess peer positioning, & inform engagmt strategies. RQTS: MA or foreign equiv in Mgmt Sci, Finance, or rel + 4 yrs client-facing exp in biz dvlpmt for institutional invstmt svcs in job or rel. Pre-/post-MA exp accepted. Alt, ER will accept BA + 6 yrs exp. 4 yrs (or 6 yrs w/ BA) exp w/: Originating & mg'ing rels w/ institional investors, incl navigating glbl client orgs structured across rgns & biz units. 25% domestic & int'l travel req'd to var & unanticipated co & client sites. Salary: $160,000 - $175,000/yr is lowst-higst may be pd in good faith for role & only app in job location. Range based ed, qual, certs, exp, skills, seniority, location, biz sector, perf, shift, travel rqts, sales or rev-based metrics, mkt bnchmk data, coll barg agmt, & biz needs, etc. Elig for discrt bonus w/ base sal & ret contribs part of total pkg. PTO, med/dental/vision ins, retirement, life ins & other ben. No pay wages or comp until earned, vested, & determinable.
