Vice President 3/4 - Infrastructure, Utilities & Renewables (NY, NY) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to work w/  sr. partners to assist client companies in dvlpg. & executing strategic & corporate fin'l objectives, incl. potential public  offerings of debt & equity securities, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, & private equity investments in  Infrastructure, Utilities & Renewables. Reqs Bachelor's deg in Chemical Engg, Bus Admin, Economics, Finance or rltd  field of study, & 7 yrs exp as Vice President, Associate, Consultant, Analyst or rltd jobs in a quantitative field in Finance,  Bus. or rltd field. Will accept Master's deg & 5 yrs exp in lieu of Bachelor's deg & 7 yrs exp. Exp specified must incl. 7 yrs  exp (or 5 yrs exp if Master's deg) w/ each of the following: deal structuring & closing principals; research, explaining mkt  events utilizing quantitative & analytical skills; MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); fin'l modeling; utilizing general acctg &  finance principles; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL/S&P Global; research resources such as The Deal, Mergermarket, Debtwire,  Wall Street Journal & other industry publications. Reqs up to 20% domestic travel. Telecommuting may be permitted w/in  a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance. w/ co. policy. Salary: $292,427-$315,000/yr.
