V.P. of Engineering

V.P. of Engineering for manufacturer of engineered specialty fasteners. Position duties are developing process methods and specifications for testing and manufacturing customized specialty metal fasteners utilizing cold forming, tapping and CNC screw machines for automotive, aerospace & construction customers including ensuring engineering designs meet international quality standards; establishing machine accuracy calibration procedures; performing design feasibility studies; preparing DFMEA & PFMEA reports; developing improvements for product and manufacturing design; and planning international engineering resources according to manufacturing needs. Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4 years' experience in the job duties as stated. The position is located in Tonawanda, NY with 30% domestic and international travel.
