Technology Implementation Specialist

Technology Implementation Specialist role available in NY, NY. Prgm, install, & deploy payment technologies incl standalone terminals, mobile payment solutions, online gateways, & PSOS systems. Interact w/ customers, affiliated partners, & staff regarding the deployment, set-up, functionality, & end-user training of techn'l systems, s/ware, or solutions for payment processing. Provide daily techn'l assistance & support for incoming queries; respond to techn'l support tickets. Ensure that technology implementations are completed on time, w/in budget, & meet client expectations. Perform troubleshooting & qlty assurance testing for all new terminals & payment processing devices. Monitor the portfolio of acct users w/ tools & monitoring systems such as MXIsoAgent, MXMerchant, OpenERP, Google Docs. Maintain & manage inventory in Co's CRM system; generate mthly reports for inventory & technology deployment. Propose mthly purchase plans for terminals & supplies to fulfill deployment needs. Support sales agents in handling client requests; advise sales agents in client support & after-sales policies. Assist clients in acct risk rltd concerns & queries, incl but not limited to funding issues, chargeback issues & PCI compliance. Perform other similar, rltd tasks as necessary. Reqmts: Must have at min. a Bachelor's deg or higher in Technology Mgmt, Info Technology, or a similar, rltd field, or the foreign equiv.
