Technology Implementation Specialist

Technology Implementation Specialist available in Flushing, NY. Program, install, configure, and deploy payment technology solutions, including standalone terminals, mobile payment systems, online gateways, and point-of-sale (POS) platforms. Coordinate system setup, deployment, and configuration to ensure proper functionality, integration, performance and ensure implementations are completed within budget and on time. Interact with customers, affiliated partners, and internal staff regarding system deployment, setup, functionality, and end-user training. Provide daily technical support by responding to technical inquiries and support tickets related to system functionality and performance. Perform troubleshooting, quality assurance testing, and validation of new terminals and payment processing devices. Monitor system usage and user portfolio account activity using administrative and monitoring tools, including MXISOAgent, MXMerchant, OpenERP, and Google Docs. Maintain and manage hardware and device inventory in the company's CRM system; generate monthly inventory and deployment reports. Prepare and propose monthly purchase plans for terminals and related supplies to support deployment needs. Support sales personnel by assisting with client technical requests and advising on post-implementation support and after-sales policies. Assist clients with system-related account issues, including funding inquiries, chargeback-related concerns, and technical aspects of PCI compliance. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Information Technology, a closely related field or foreign equivalent.
