Senior Software Engineer sought by Priceline.com LLC (NY, NY) to understand the reqmts by working w/ business & product teams on new features & functionalities in Hotels Tech Platform. Reqs Bachelor's deg in Comp Engg, Comp & Info Sci or rltd field of study, & 5 yrs of s/ware dvlpmt/engg exp in any job title/occupation/position involving web applic dvlpmt & infrastructure automation. Exp specified must incl 5 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: S/ware engg & dvlpmt using Core Java; Dsgng & dvlpg web svcs & api dvlpmt; Applic dvlpmt w/ Spring Frameworks; & SQL compositions skills for composing queries & analysis w/ relational databases: Oracle or MySQL. Exp specified must incl 3 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: Dvlpmt & deployment exp on Cloud: GCP or AWS; Data pipelines: Apache Kafka or Google PubSub; Non-relational datastores: BigTable or Cassandra; & Agile & scrum methodologies.
