Annual salary range: $136,000 - $184,000

Responsibilities:

·       Leverage banking data, commercial credit bureau data, financial data, commerce data, and internal performance data to develop best-in-class credit policies.

·       Leverage external and internal performance data to develop best-in-class fraud policies that create value for Ramp and its customers.

·       Understand Ramp’s exposure across multiple products to create holistic underwriting and risk management strategies.

·       Implement risk metric monitoring by researching and resolving risk events and developing levers that mitigate risk factors.

·       Analyze market and industry trends, identify potential macroeconomic risk factors, and incorporate in credit policy.

·       Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to execute credit and fraud risk policies and features, and shape the risk management infrastructure.

·       Partner with data scientists to build and leverage credit and fraud risk models in Ramp’s credit policy.

·       Partner with finance teams to create and maintain risk adjusted returns framework, including loss forecasting.

·       Partner with partnerships and business teams to create bespoke policies for partner channels.

·       Review and analyze individual fraud events to perform root cause analyses and combine the insights with a data-driven approach to develop fraud defenses.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in engineering, operations research, information systems, or a related quantitative field, plus 1 year of experience in a credit risk or management consulting occupation. The required prior experience must include:

·       1 year of experience working with consumer, corporate, or small business cards.

·       1 year of experience analyzing banking, bureau, and financial data.

·       1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
