Job title: Product Manager
Job location: Fully remote (can be based anywhere in the U.S.)
Base annual salary range: $140,000 - $160,000
Responsibilities:
● Generate insights from quantitative and qualitative data to make better product decisions.
● Leverage data analytics, interview users, and other research to support hypotheses.
● Define, setup, and operationalize reports that provide deeper insights into KPI performance, operational efficiency, and product opportunities.
● Partner with engineers and designers to build features for Capsule’s internal users and customers.
● Ensure seamless project execution through agile ceremonies and spearhead quality and testing efforts.
● Work cross-functionally to define requirements, report progress, and launch features.
● Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on operational teams.
● Create a quarterly roadmap to prioritize specific features for engineering and design teams.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in economics, business analytics, statistics, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience as a business intelligence analyst, statistician, data scientist, or in a similar role/occupation. The required experience must include the following:
· 2 years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative research.
· 2 years of experience working SQL and data visualization platforms.
· 2 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
· 1 year of experience driving project execution and quality assurance efforts.
