Dvlp & maintain computerized record mgmt systms to store & process data, such as personnel activities & info, & to produce reports. Supv & evaluate work activities of employees. Prep activity reports to inform mgmt of the status and implmtn plans of prgms & svcs. Establish work schedules & assignments for staff, according to workload, space & eqpmt availability.
