Work will include: (1) Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, petitions, and other documents  in Court; (2) Appearing in courts to represent clients; (3) Researching and analyzing case laws; (4) Preparing memo of  law, briefs, and appeals; and (5) Conducting client consultations to ensure smooth processing of cases.
