Architectural Designer, F/T (NY, NY) Prep detailed drawings of architectural & structural features of buildings. Use knowl of building materials, engg practices, & mathematics to complete drawings. Resp for generating dsgn concepts in response to clients' briefs. Creating 3D models of the proposed dsgns. Communicate & coord w/ contractors, consultants, fabricators. Communicate & obtain dsgn approvals from clients. Dvlp comprehensive construction drawings, specs, structural details. Ensure architecture dsgn complies w/ relevant building codes, zoning regs, & permitting reqmts. $78,000.00/yr. Bachelor's deg in Architecture or closely rltd, + 12 mos of exp in job offd or as Dsgnr, Jr. Dsgnr, Architectural Drafter or rltd. Also reqd is exp w/ AutoCAD, Rhino, Illustrator & Photoshop.
