Your function
 

The Senior Project Manager aims to efficientlysupport the expansion of ENGIE Impact in the EMEAI region, and brings thehighest standard of consulting services to ENGIE Impact's clients in her/hiscustomer segment.

 

The segment “Industries”.focuses on supporting Industrial actors (in mining, food and beverage, pharma,materials, aeronautics, defense, etc.) in their sustainability journey from thestrategy design to the implementation phase.We provide an integrated roadmapfor our clients to guide them in their sustainability transformation acrossmultiple dimensions: energy, mobility, spatial design/Urban planning,circularity, climate resilience and digital. 

 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working together with, and reporting to, theSegment Manager and be responsible for managing complex projects, originatingnew business, bringing differentiated ideas, developing new offers and bringingvalue to the client.

 

Your role must be performed in a certain autonomy and in full compliancewith the ENGIE Impact's standards in terms of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics.

 

Youwill be more particularly in charge of:

 

 

PROJECTMANAGEMENT 

  • Oversee thedelivery of an entire engagement, coordinating all project streams andstakeholders (Client, Engie Impact, other Engie entities,…), with multi-disciplinaryand multi-cultural dimensions.
  • Identify otheropportunities for Engie Impact and the Engie Group along the project delivery.
  • Ensuredeliverables are effectively produced, on time, on budget and with the expectedquality
  • Manage projectstaffing needs & requirements.
  • Be accountablefor project financials.
  • Animate the keymilestones of the project.
  • Communicate onproject progress to client and internally.
  • Defend a clearand convincing storyline addressed to the C-suite level.
  • Participate to theproject delivery bringing your own expertise of the sector (technical,economic,…).
  • Revert tomanagement and experts with return on project experience to improvemethodologies, tools and models.
 

Projects will consist in strategy design missions forsegment clients (in mining, food and beverage, pharma, materials, aeronautics,defense, etc.)and in ensuring the link with operational entities in charge of theactual implementation of the strategy piece.

 
 
 

COMMERCIALAND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Be accountablefor delivering sales targets in coordination with theSegment Manager.
  • Develop a deepunderstanding of client's needs to design/review sustainability strategyofferings tailored to the needs of the clients.
  • Originatebusiness, bring value to proposals, align product/offering strategy with theoverall ENGIE Impact offering portfolio, ensuring profitability andcompetitivity of the offers in the segment.
  • Defend a clearand convincing storyline addressed to the C-suite level.
  • Perform MarketWatch (competition, regulatory and commercial watch), stay aware ofinnovations, brainstorm with peers, share with younger and counselees togenerate impacting new approaches.
  • Stay up to datewith Engie Group capacity to offer new and innovative services to the clients.
  • Support thecreation of marketing content & campaigns for segment.
  • Promote Engie Impactby building and developing a strong network, attending key events regardingsustainable transition.
 
 

TEAMMANAGEMENT 

  • Manage Analystsand Consultants and contribute to their skills development through coaching,mentoring and feedback.
  • Seek ways toshare your knowledge to accelerate the team members' learning curve.
  • Contribute tothe creation of a high performing team with engaged, happy team members.
  • Ensure that theAnalysts and Consultants meet deadlines and standards of quality for theirdeliverables.
