Project Architect (NY, NY) F/T - Plan & dsgn structures, such as commercial & office bldgs. Review shop drawings, material samples, & construction docs for conformance w/ dsgn. Prep info regarding schematic dsgn, dsgn dvlpmt, structure specs, estimated costs & construction time. Consult & meet w/ clients & other prof'ls. Prep detailed drawings of architectural dsgns w/ computations & plans. Utilize technical skills in VIM, Autodesk Products (Revit & AutoCAD Architecture), Rhino, & Enscape. $105,498.00/yr. Master's deg in Architecture, Advanced Architectural Dsgn or closely rltd architectural field. Architect license certification reqd.
