Law Clerk: (Bronx, NY) Assist attys w/ personal injury (PI) cases & Real Estate litigation & appeals. Conduct reviews of medical records & communicate w/ healthcare providers & insurance co.'s to gather evidence. Use e-discovery platforms for doc review for PI litigation & settlement talks. Research legal d/bases, incl Westlaw & LexisNexis & perform PI case-mgmt & legal research tasks. Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00/ annum. Bach in Law, Pre-law, Legal Admin or Crim Justice & 1 yr exp. in job or 1 yr legal research, legal analysis, & legal doc prep'n exp.
