Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and 3 years' experience coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities including performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, & Enscape; developing procurement & construction documents; conducting materials & code research; assisting in coordination of engineering systems with engineers; assisting in Construction Administration; developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models; collaborating on BIM model management with team of architects, engineers & consultants; preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Bluebeam; and attending field site inspections.
